Dear Mercy Health Nurse Colleagues,

We strongly believe that the only way to protect our families, patients and ourselves is by all Hackley and Mercy nurses uniting in SEIU. SEIU nurses have a far superior contract with better wages, benefits and working conditions. Why? Because SEIU nurses have fought hard for the highest standards, and have the unity and support of our 1,000 technical and service colleagues throughout the Hackley and Mercy campuses. We also have the backing of the 80,000 member SEIU Nurse Alliance and over one million healthcare workers nationally in SEIU, America’s largest healthcare union. Mercy Health nurses cannot afford to be isolated and alone. There is strength in numbers, and we need the strongest voice to make the Mercy Health administration, Trinity Health and elected leaders listen to us. Vote SEIU, and together we can continue advocating powerfully for our patients, raising our job standards, and advancing the nursing profession!
